Who is this for? Anyone! If you sleep, or have trouble with sleep, this seminar can help you to improve your sleep health as well as learn more about the importance of a healthy sleep life and the consequences of not having healthy sleep
What can I expect? An interactive small group setting (limited to 15 participants) to learn and grow together. This seminar will last for 3 hours, with time for breaks and a meal.
What is included with the price? In addition to the three hours of interaction and education, participants will get a workbook specifically curated by Emily to help improve sleep. Participants will also walk away with a free t-shirt and a wonderful lunch. The registration form includes a place to not any dietary needs.
When is this held? Seminars are held on Saturdays from 11 AM to 2 PM. Please check the events page to find the next seminar dates.
What should I do if the date I want is not available? Our seminars fill up fast, so if the date you want is already full please contact Emily and she will be happy to add you to the wait list for the next opportunity to attend this amazing event.
