Who is this for? If you have trouble with sleep or want to improve your sleep health, this workshop can help. This workshop will educate you on the tools that you need to access healthy sleep. Many people think that the right medication, supplement, mattress or pillow is the key to achieving healthy sleep, but the research says otherwise! Come and learn the secret at this educational and practical workshop!
What can I expect? An interactive small group setting (limited to 15 participants) to learn and grow together. This workshop will last for 3 hours, with time scheduled for breaks and a meal.
What is included with the price? In addition to interaction and education, participants will get a workbook specifically curated by Emily to help improve sleep. A meal is included in the workshop.
When is this held? Workshops are held from 11 AM to 2 PM on select Saturdays during the year. The next Sleep Success Workshop will be held on Saturday, January 17th at PTFitness in Fort Worth.
