Thank you for taking the time to read about me.  I take counseling seriously! So seriously in-fact that I hold state counseling licenses in the states of Texas and Georgia as well as being licensed in the state of Florida for Telehealth. I also hold a National Certified Counselor certification from the National Board of Certified Counselors. 

I am a holistic counselor, which means I deal with not only emotions but also ask questions about physical, mental, relational, and spiritual health. I am truly passionate about finding real solutions for my clients, which will often lead to dealing with practical areas like sleep, diet, exercise, and thought life.

I am a trained Christian Counselor which means I care not only about your emotions but also your spiritual life. Working within the biblical Christian worldview, I seek to promote healing and restoration for adults who are suffering from depression and anxiety due to negative life events.  I use cognitive behavioral interventions to encourage you to evaluate your thoughts and your behaviors in order to influence the way that you feel.
